Return and Refund Policy

The World of Lilly Loopen accepts returns for artwork that arrives damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, except where required by law.

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. Report damage or an incorrect item within 7 days of delivery by emailing lillyloopen@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

Keep the artwork and all packaging while we review your request. Please contact us before returning anything. We will provide return instructions and the return address, and cover return shipping costs for approved damaged or incorrect orders.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, if available, or a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
